Written Structural Pest Inspections
Wood Destroying Pest (WDO) inspections should be conducted on all older homes by a licensed pest inspector. Your inspector may recomemnd follow up with a Control Operator (PCO) contractor who can evaluate, treat, and recommend repairs to a general contractor.

A cancelation fee of $200.00 will apply if we are not notified 48 hours prior to your scheduled home inspection. The cancelation policy requires you to notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled home inspection or reschedule with no cancelation fees. Our cancelation policy allows us to refund your money if you notify us 48 hours before your scheduled home inspection. Thank you for your understanding!
